Welcome to the LeMond's condo on fabulous St. Croix. Our condominium is located at The Reef Golf and Beach Resort on beautiful Teague's Bay on the prestigious North Shore of St. Croix. It is just 15 minutes from the town of Christiansted with its many shops and restaurants.

The condominium is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, tri-level with beautiful ocean views from the living area and both bedrooms. There is also a gorgeous ocean view from the private patio which fronts on the hillside 9 hole golf course. The kitchen comes fully equipped and, as a bonus, just opposite the kitchen, you will enjoy an enclosed, shaded atrium, with an outdoor eating area and a barbecue. Each bedroom has its own bath equipped with linens and towels. Each bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into one king. Linens for both the twin or king arrangement are provided. Other amenities include a stackable washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD, CD player, and radio.

Amenities at the Reef include a 9 hole a golf course, driving range, tennis courts, and a gorgeous hilltop pool with a fantastic view. The Reef's beach, Just N Case Deli and Convenience store, and Duggan's Reef Restaurant are just a short walk or one minute drive downhill from the condo. Duggan's Reef arguably may be the finest restaurant on the island and is world famous for its lobster.

The Reef Golf and Beach Resort is a 30 minute drive from the airport. A rental car is highly recommended to take advantage of the many attractions on St. Croix. Whether you enjoy sailing, diving, snorkeling, horse back riding, sport fishing, golfing, tennis, a myriad of dining choices or relaxing on a beautiful sandy beach, St. Croix has it all. And no passport required for U.S. citizens!

All rates in U.S. dollars.

High Season: December 15 to April 14 $1500 per week for 1-2 guests and $1700 per week for 3-4 guests.

Low Season: April 15 to December 14 $1000 for 1-2 guests and $1200 for 3-4 guests. Less than 7 nights accepted, 4 night minimum pro-rated plus cleaning fee. Additional nights available on a pro-rated basis.

All rentals subject to 8% tax.

Long term rates also available.

Non smoking, no pets, maid service prior to arrival.

Additional maid service available for additional charge.

Payments and deposits: 50% of rental required within 14 days of reservation. Balance of rental, VI tax and $250 damage deposit due in full 45 days prior to arrival. No shows, late arrivals and early departures after arrival are non-refundable (see Hurricane Policy). 80% of deposit refunded only if cancellations received more than 60 days in advance. Cancellations less than 45 days notice - no payment is refunded. Checks should be made payable to Stephen LeMond and sent to Stephen LeMond, 2482 Hollow Rock Court, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Damage Deposit: $250 damage deposit will be completely refunded 30 to 45 days following departure provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, long distance calls charged to the phone, or extraordinary clean-up.

Liability: Guests are responsible for the condominium during their stay. Owner is not responsible for any claims for property loss, damage or personal injury, accidents, delays or irregularities caused by air, water or ground transportation providers that may occur during their occupancy. Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless the owner for any claims for personal injury or property damage during their vacation rental.

Hurricane policy: In the event of a pending hurricane, guests must vacate the premises if requested and secure other accommodations at their own expense. All unused rents and taxes will be refunded.

Phone is limited to local use. A calling card must be used for long distance.
